The tattoo discrimination project looks at the discrimination against tattoos in the workplace. Since this project, the opinions on tattoos in the workplace have changed dramatically in the industry, with companies now accepting body modifications, as Virgin Atlantic becomes the first UK airline to allow cabin crew to display their tattoos just 5 years after I started researching this project. 

In this project, the research was at the forefront of this project. Discussing theories and activism with social media groups, business owners, cooperative employees and those about to enter the working world with tattoos themselves.
